I found the front desk team kind. they assisted me with ordering new luggage after mine broke. the hotel's location is central, allowing me to walk to many attractions. the chinese cricket restaurant offered excellent asian cuisine. I ate there often.
during my stay , the thermostat proved sensitive. the room took some time to cool down once adjusted.

The breakfast service was disorganized. tables lacked silverware, and i saw empty juice glasses. the staff seemed overwhelmed. Replenishing items felt chaotic. this needs better management. also, housekeeping missed replenishing tea and milk twice, inconvenient after a long day.
