superb stay

kind team central location excellent cuisine convenient assistance
I found the front desk team kind. they assisted me with ordering new luggage after mine broke. the hotel's location is central, allowing me to walk to many attractions. the chinese cricket restaurant offered excellent asian cuisine. I ate there often.
during my stay , the thermostat proved sensitive. the room took some time to cool down once adjusted.

The hotel is directly across from the blackfriars tube station. This made traveling simple. the room had a very comfortable bed. the shower was spacious and easy to use, it included all necessary amenities.

excellent location attentive staff comfortable bed modern design
The location is excellent with easy access to transportation. I found the staff attentive. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well kept. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the excellent shower. The hotel design felt modern and inviting, which I found enhanced my overall stay.
I noticed some slight delays during peak breakfast hours. There were occasional waits for tables.

inconsistent service marred the stay

disorganized service missing item
The breakfast service was disorganized. tables lacked silverware, and i saw empty juice glasses. the staff seemed overwhelmed. Replenishing items felt chaotic. this needs better management. also, housekeeping missed replenishing tea and milk twice, inconvenient after a long day.
